Out-of-Network Policy
I can offer receipts in a “super-bill” format with descriptions of services and billing codes that you may choose to submit to your insurance carrier I am out of network with your insurance.
My services are not covered under Medicaid or Medicare benefits, and
Medicaid will not pay for prescriptions I write.
